● I DECLARE UNDER OATH THAT I AM IN FULL PHYSICAL CONDITION AND MENTAL TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT.
● I DECLARE MY PARTICIPATION AS A STRATEGIC ALLY AND SPONSOR OF THE WALK THROUGH THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE METROPOLITAN COMPANY DE ASEO S.A OWNED BY VEOLIA GROUP.
● I AM FULLY AWARE OF THE DIFFICULTY OF THE EVENT AND ACCEPT ALL THE RISKS.
● IN CONSIDERATION OF MY ACCEPTANCE OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE WALK, I ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DIRECT AND INDIRECT RISKS WHAT ABOUT MY PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH MAY CAUSE MY PARTICIPATION AT THE EVENT AND I DECLARE TO BE FIT AND IN THE NECESSARY PHYSICAL CONDITION TO BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SAME, I COMMIT NOT TO ENGAGE IN ANY TYPE OF LEGAL ACTION, JUDICIAL OR EXTRAJUDICIAL, AGAINST THE METROPOLITAN COMPANY DE ASEO S.A PROPERTY OF THE VEOLIA GROUP, NOR WITH ANY OF THE OTHERS PERSONS MENTIONED IN CONNECTION WITH CLAIMS OF ANY TYPE THAT MAY ARISE AS A RESULT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY.
● ALSO WAIVED ANY PERSONAL, TITLE OF THIRD PARTIES, OR ANY PERSON WHO ACT ON MY REPRESENTATION OF ALL JUDICIAL CLAIMS AND ANY KIND AGAINST THE ORGANIZERS OF THE EVENT, THEIR SPONSORS, THEIR VOLUNTEERS AND/OR ANYONE INVOLVED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH THE EVENT IN CASE OF DEATH, DISCOMFORT PHYSICAL, FALLS, BEATS, PERSONAL DIFFERENCES, OR ANY KIND OF CIRCUMSTANCE OR UNFORESEEN EVENT THAT SUFFERS OR OCCURS BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, EVEN THOUGH THIS RESPONSIBILITY MAY ARISE OUT OF NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT ON THE PART OF PEOPLE NAMED IN THIS STATEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY LOSS, THEFT AND/OR THEFT THAT COULD BE SUFFERED.
● I ACKNOWLEDGE AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT THE PROCEDURE OF AWARDS AND DIVISION OF CATEGORIES IN THIS EVENT, AS WELL AS ANY DECISION MADE BY THE JUDGES AND RACE DIRECTORS. EQUAL I AUTHORIZE THE ORGANIZERS OF THIS EVENT AND THE SPONSORS FOR THE USE OF IMAGES AND VIDEO TAKEN DURING THE EVENT WITHOUT ECONOMIC COMPENSATION. IN THE SAME WAY I ACCEPT THAT THE ORGANIZATION MAY SUSPEND OR EXTEND DATES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, EVEN INCREASE OR REDUCE THE NUMBER OF REGISTRATIONS IN FUNCTION OF THE NEEDS OR THE TECHNICAL OR STRUCTURAL AVAILABILITY OF THE PLACE OF THE EVENT.
I declare that:
- My ticket accepted at the Event will not be transferred to another participant.
- In case of paying in installments, if at the time of the deadline to compete the payments have not been completed, there will be NO refunds, but at the request of the participant a coupon will be sent for the amount of the subscription, which can be used in future events.
- In the event that the conditions of the "act of God" cause a cancellation of the Event, I agree that my total entry fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- I am in an adequate physical condition to participate in the Event, given the known parameters of the Event (such as duration, time, physical demands, and environmental context).
- I received medical advice regarding any pre-existing medical conditions and confirmed that it is medically safe for me to participate in the Event.
- I acknowledge that there are risks involved in the Event. I am fully aware of the dangers of participating in the Event and fully assume the risks associated with my participation and my well-being and safety during and after the Event
- I understand and agree that situations may arise during the Event, which may be beyond the immediate control of the Event organizers (including all event officials and volunteers).
- I will participate in the Event in a way that does not endanger myself or others.
- I agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event organizers (including all event officials and volunteers), sponsors, and other parties connected with the Event, are not liable to me for any direct or indirect loss (including, but not limited to, injury or death) suffered by me during or in any way related to my participation in the Event.
- I authorize the use of my name, voice, photo, and information on this entry form in any broadcast, television broadcast, promotion, advertising, and otherwise, without payment to me or any other form of compensation.
- I agree to abide by the rules and regulations related to the Event.
- I agree to follow all reasonable safety instructions provided to me by the event organizers (including all event officials and volunteers) before, during, and after the event.
- I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of illness or injury sustained during or immediately following the Event.
- I also waive in my personal capacity, any third party, or any person acting on my behalf any legal claim or claim against the event organizers, its sponsors, its volunteers, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the event of death, physical injury, falls, blows, personal differences, or any other circumstance or unforeseen event that I suffer or that occurs before, during or after my participation in the event, although this liability may arise due to negligence of the persons named in this statement, as well as any loss, theft or theft that may be suffered.
