A recreational/sporting cycling event that features multiple routes for all levels. this year with distances of 60km, 110km, 140km and an MTB route that runs through the beaches of Rio Hato, tourist hotel zone of the Panamanian Pacific and the mountains of Coclé

Lo mejor fue llegar y comer a la sombra en un buffet delicioso con atención de bebidas a la mesa. Yo soy tan fan que este año me he llevado mi vasito que no podia faltar.

The Gran Fondo Cerro de la Cruz certainly pushes you to push your limits. One of the most difficult routes I've ever done but very rewarding at the same time. Congratulations on such a beautiful event. GFCC, a challenge I recommend.

My first triathlon experience, I participated in the sprint category. Next year I'll try to go to the Royal category. As always, an event done to perfection.
